Profiles, ID verification, responding to shifts and applying to jobs cost nothing. We charge employers for postings, not people for work.
Create your profile- Is there a commission?
- No. You pay for the posting (or the plan) and nothing else. Workers are paid by you, directly, at the rate you posted.
- How are workers paid?
- By you, the same way you pay any casual staff: on payroll or as agreed with the worker. We never touch the money, and the worker never pays us anything.
- What does a shift posting include?
- One role, one date or a run of consecutive days, and as many people as you need. Workers who do that role in your city are notified immediately; you book from their track records.
- Do workers pay anything?
- No. Creating a profile, ID verification, searching and responding are free for workers, now and after launch.
- When does the Employer plan make sense?
- When you post more than four shifts a month. It covers unlimited shift postings for one monthly price, and paying for the year up front takes half off.
- Can I cancel the yearly plan?
- No. The yearly plan is paid up front for 12 months, cannot be cancelled during the term and is not refundable. It does not renew by itself; we remind you before it ends. The monthly plan can be cancelled at the end of any paid month.
- How do I pay?
- By card at checkout. During the launch period postings are free and no card is required.
- What is staffing support?
- For big events or seasonal peaks: we contact workers, confirm availability and certificates, and hand you a confirmed crew. Priced per event, quoted before we start.
