Someone called in sick for Saturday. Post the shift, book a verified worker, done.
Built for restaurants, caterers, hotels, bakeries, venues and food producers in Metro Vancouver. Short-term shifts first; permanent jobs too.
What you get
Staff for tomorrow, not next month
Post a shift in a minute. Workers who do that role in your city are notified right away and respond with one tap.
A track record on every responder
Show-up rate, no-shows, ratings and comments from other employers. You see it before you book, not after they fail to turn up.
ID checked by a person
Workers submit a government ID before they can take shifts. We verify it, then delete the document. You see the badge.
No commission, no markup
You pay a flat fee for the posting and pay the worker directly at the rate you set. Agencies take 20–30% of every hour; we take nothing.
Your ratings shape the pool
After each shift you mark who showed and rate them. Reliable people rise, unreliable people become visible to everyone.
You stay the employer
Workers are yours for the shift: you book, brief and pay them, and you keep the relationship. We never hide their contact details from you once booked.
Who posts here
One pool for the whole industry: the dishwasher a bistro needs on Friday, the twelve servers a caterer needs for a gala, the banquet staff a hotel needs for the weekend.

How the money works
You post a shift for a flat fee (free during launch) or run the Employer plan. You set the hourly rate. When you book a worker, you are their employer for that shift: you pay them directly, on payroll or as agreed, and you are responsible for the usual things an employer is responsible for. HospitalityHire never takes a percentage and never handles the wages.
